Job Description

In this role you will optimize the efficiency of A220 assembly processes by analyzing data and KPIs (quality, cost, lead time), identifying performance gaps, proposing recommendations based on advanced analyses, and collaborating with operational teams to improve profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collect performance data from various sources and ensure its quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.
• Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies and root causes of performance issues.
• Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations to improve processes.
• Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in developing forecasting models, conducting scenario analyses and documenting data processes.

Profile / Requirements

• Relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement or a similar role.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, Python or R.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics or performance management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting root-cause analyses.
• Ability to communicate complex results clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Experience defining KPIs and creating measurement frameworks.
