You will be part of the team responsible for proposing an aircraft customization offer and responding to specific customer requests. The team is organized to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support and collective learning.
Your role will be to develop and implement a product offering and evolution strategy for the Cabin to support aircraft personalization.

Your challenges
Define the product strategy: develop and drive the long-term product vision for your aircraft customization portfolio, basing the strategy on market analysis, competitive analysis, and supply chain model analysis.
Manage the product lifecycle: take ownership of the product management process, guiding its strategic evolution from requirements definition and project launch to offer authorization and market withdrawal.
Manage the introduction of new products, specifically:
the collection and structuring of option description data to support aircraft configuration;
the preparation of sales documentation and configuration tools.
Manage out-of-catalog customization requests: strategically evaluate and manage the sales response to customer requests, in line with the portfolio strategy.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects for processes, tools, and data management.
Demonstrate leadership by inspiring and motivating multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, change management, and others.
Be organized and implement best practices in project management and communication.
Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, take corrective action. Escalate issues when required.
Be able to manage priorities and overcome challenges.
Your boarding pass
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business administration.
You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical product management, ideally in the aerospace industry.
You have a good understanding of aircraft interior architecture.
You are meticulous and detail-oriented.
You have a customer-focused mindset.
You are positive and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills, an open mind and a strong ability to work in a multicultural team.
You are bilingual (oral and written) in French and English.
This role may involve some occasional travels for business (worldwide).
