Quality Analyst (Aerospace)

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work closely with other Quality teams.

You will be part of the Quality Improvement team responsible for developing cross-functional solutions to program issues.

The team's organization is designed to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Quality Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce/eliminate them.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-conformities
• Perform problem resolutions (PPS)
• Participate in and prepare governance meetings
• Resolve problems
• Facilitate group sessions
• Manage communications
• Project management

Requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or another related field
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the manufacturing industry, in aerospace, project management or other related experience
• Creative and able to think originally
• High level of autonomy and motivation (you will, however, be supported by a departmental mentor)
• Good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude
• Ability to organize your work autonomously
