Perform structural installation, assembly and sub-assembly of aircraft systems, parts and components according to the project or assigned area.
Use technical data and instructions provided by the client or aircraft manufacturer.
Use templates and position components from PVA, engineering drawings or other materials provided by the methods department.
Read and interpret drawings or the manufacturing dossier.
Adapt work to different types of assembly: large / small components.
Set up and use manual or automated machines and tools according to the work to be performed.
Assemble metal and/or composite parts according to the technical specifications provided by the client.
Install required fasteners; drill holes; ensure correct products are used for assembly (bolts, solid or mechanical rivets, screws or accessories to fix, support or suspend components and subassemblies).
Ensure correct products are used for assembly (sealants, adhesives, corrosion protection, paint).
Ensure assemblies conform to the manufacturing dossier.
Inspect and verify installed units, parts and equipment to ensure suitability, performance and compliance with technical standards.
Adhere to quality standards and production rates.
Comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
Report any anomaly or irregularity.
Perform other related tasks as required.

Minimum five years of experience as a Structure Assembler in the aerospace industry, ideally on the Global 8000.
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in aircraft structure assembly or equivalent.
Excellent draught-reading skills.
Manual dexterity.
Quick thinker with strong attention to detail.
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
