Job Description
- Develop integrated communications plans aligned with corporate and operational priorities to support a major cultural change.
- Advise senior executives and vice-presidents on positioning, messaging, engagement strategies and executive presence.
- Support the development of authentic and compelling narratives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Translate complex business initiatives into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ensure message consistency across functions and leadership levels.
- Oversee the development and submission of entries for various awards.
- Proactively identify communications opportunities to support business and transformation objectives.
- Enhance senior leaders' visibility and influence through strategic content, thought leadership and high-level speaking and engagement opportunities.
- Draft and coordinate leadership communications, including executive messages, town halls, speeches, briefs and strategic updates.
- Support CEO communications initiatives, key messages, scripts and other communications.
- Prepare briefing notes for leaders, Q&As, stakeholder documents and executive communications positioning materials.
- Define communications KPIs, track progress and make data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with internal clients and an international network of communications professionals.
- Collaborate with government affairs and public relations teams to ensure aligned messaging for external positioning and reputation management.
- Contribute to thought leadership content, public statements, executive visibility initiatives and digital presence (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Support preparation for media interactions, conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years' experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public affairs, marketing or a related field.
- Experience supporting leadership teams or senior executives in high-visibility environments.
- Proven experience in executive positioning, developing thought leadership or personal branding.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to act with discretion and good judgment in high-visibility situations.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field.
