Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the preparation, monitoring and communication of the plan to close the technical points of each aircraft in accordance with short-term planning requirements.
- Prioritize and harmonize access for different stakeholders to ensure adherence to the plan.
- Monitor and help resolve blockers for each aircraft (RNC, BOI, issues, etc.) by liaising with the Operations and Operations Support teams.
- Escalate blocking issues when necessary, to the right people at the right time.
- Identify blockers in processes, and lead improvement projects to resolve them.
- Participate in E2EQG routines—particularly prepare and lead FOT meetings—and contribute to monthly E2EQG analyses and action follow-up.
- Coordinate supplier recovery plans when they are cross-cutting to the assembly line.
- Coordinate VL/DL plans when they are cross-cutting to the assembly line.
- Provide first-level support to on-site suppliers.
Requirements
As the ideal candidate:
- You have i) a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Project Management, or ii) a DEC in Aeronautics with equivalent professional experience.
- You have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing processes, ideally on the A220.
- You have a general understanding of dependencies between different positions.
- You have detailed knowledge of planning, logistics, quality and production processes.
- You demonstrate strong leadership, can challenge processes, and are committed to developing colleagues and other functions.
- You are fluent in French (required) and comfortable in English (an asset).
