We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will be in direct contact with employees and managers across the country. The position covers the management of workforce movements, disability and other absence records, as well as benefits administration and employee services, all while working with Workday software.

Responsibilities :
Manage all leaves of absence autonomously and become the go-to expert
Build a relation of trust with our managers
Continuously improve our processes and tools.
Keep your knowledge up-to-date on various laws (LOA, provincial standards, payroll, immigration, internal policies) and best practices in disability management.
Work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Payroll and HR teams.

Requirements :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR administration or benefits, including disability and absence management
Highly organized and meticulous in your work
Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingualism required (French/English)
Ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of Excel and curiosity about new technologies
Knowledge of Workday, payroll practices, INP certification, an asset
