Why join the supply quality team?

The Supply Quality team plays an active role in driving overall supplier quality performance and improving signature quality by ensuring the effective management of customer non-conformity. The Quality Project Manager will be responsible for strategically and rigorously leading the management process of critical non-conformity related to processes or parts, which have a significant impact on production, engine deliveries, or customers.

This high-level quality project management role requires strong coordination skills, structured problem analysis, and frequent communication with senior management. You will be at the core of the organization's quality performance.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Lead end-to-end management of critical non-conformity, from detection to closure, including impact assessment, containment actions, root cause analysis, and resolution;
  • Drive root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, Red-X), and ensure the timely and sustainable implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
  • Mobilize, coordinate, and lead cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production, Logistics, etc.) involved in non-conformity resolution;
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up with senior management, providing clear, structured, and results-oriented updates;
  • Manage quality documentation in the appropriate systems (e.g., PLM) and ensure full traceability of events;
  • Leverage events by sharing key learnings and contributing to internal training on non-conformity management.

What do you need to be successful?

  • 7 years of experience in quality project management, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace sector;
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma principles or other continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management;
  • Proven ability to manage critical situations in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
  • Proficient in problem-solving tools (8D, Red-X) and document management systems (PLM or equivalent) (asset);
  • Technical experience with FMEA and PPAP;
  • Knowledge of SAP (asset).

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand daily documentation and technical terms from international organizations, and to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
