  • Provide program status reports to the OPM manager, directors and marketing as required, with recommendations; escalate issues as needed. Support senior leadership in communicating Operations issues with customers.
  • Implement timely new program sourcing and FSC objectives, exploring alternative opportunities with solid business cases.

  • Coordinate Operations business units to manage customer impacts (upgrades, returns, campaigns, etc.).
  • Produce or coordinate production estimates and evaluations to support marketing inquiries (SSEQs) and proposal inquiries.
  • Engage directly with OEMs to address engine production and delivery questions, providing clear plans and timely solutions.
  • Review and manage impacts of Engineering Changes, Red Flag Notices and escapes.

  • Experience working in a P&WC Operations or supply chain business unit is preferred.
