Reporting to the Associate Director for SAP S/4HANA Global Operations, you will lead the Logistics stream in the Plan-to-Sustain (P2S) workstream through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for P&W Canada. You will design and deploy end-to-end logistics processes and data integrated with the new SAP S/4HANA environment to drive strategic improvements and tangible operational efficiencies.
Location: Longueuil. Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours. Work: exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Act as the business process owner for logistics capabilities in SAP S/4HANA and its boundary systems.
- Act as the voice of the internal customer, ensuring requirements and delivered features meet user needs and expectations.
- Manage the functional and data requirements backlog (user stories), including creating, prioritizing, refining user stories and acceptance criteria per agile methodology.
- Represent P&WC interests at P&W and RTX decision tables and make critical decisions on functional and data prioritization.
- Participate in program planning, process workshops, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Support functional and process harmonization, testing, conversion, deployment, training and organizational change management activities.
- Support the Data Readiness initiative: data quality analysis and auditing, profiling, cleansing, migration, validation and monitoring of data integrity.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve and harmonize business processes while integrating business and industry best practices.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Digital Technology experts, QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the PST project.
- Help anticipate, monitor and mitigate ERP-related business and project risks to maintain project quality and timelines.
- Communicate product vision, strategy and status to stakeholders, oneRTX peers and leadership.
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in logistics operations and/or supply chain.
- Significant and progressive experience in roles related to logistics and supply chain management, with success leading transformation projects involving logistics processes.
- Practical and in-depth experience in the design, optimization and implementation of logistics processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and understanding of their application to logistics functions.
- Strong leadership, communication and change management skills with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management and Agile development methodologies.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Occasional travel required (approximately 10–25%).
