Job description

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for passionate, qualified, and challenge‑seeking people to join our Digital and Enterprise Transformation team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will be at the heart of preparing our next phase, bringing together the company's resources, including those in Europe, in an ambitious new chapter of the aerospace industry.

You will be part of the Digital and Enterprise Transformation team tasked with revolutionizing our ways of working, optimizing our processes, and harnessing the power of data and innovative technologies to build the foundations of a bold future. Our team intentionally cultivates a collaborative culture and an adaptive mindset, enabling us to work autonomously, support one another, and learn collectively to deliver a successful transformation.

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist, you will design, drive and support the adoption of transformation initiatives across the company. You will be the primary point of contact for the human side of change, ensuring employees understand, adopt and engage with new ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Design the vision and overall change management approach and develop integrated strategies and action plans at the program level and within assigned projects.
  • Lead and ensure the development and execution of change management activities and deliverables, on time and to quality standards, including but not limited to:
    • Stakeholder analysis to secure engagement and support.
    • In‑depth analysis of affected populations and impacts.
    • Communication strategies and plans (including coordination and execution).
    • Training strategies and plans (with support from the training specialist).
  • Develop relevant, engaging communications tailored to various audiences and channels.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop training programs, materials and schedules.
  • Support program governance for transformation OCM activities (project reviews, info sessions, newsletters, Google site, etc.).
  • Define and monitor success indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption, assess organizational readiness and report progress to program governance.

Requirements

  • Proven and relevant experience in organizational change management.
  • Good knowledge of change management methodology within project management and the ability to adapt it to the context.
  • Certification in change management (PROSCI or equivalent) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with influence and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong active listening, empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Open‑minded and strong ability to work in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential given the international context in which the company operates.
