G2 Aviation is looking for a Sales and Supply Chain Specialist to support aircraft parts sales, customer relationship development, and procurement activities.

In this role, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for generating revenue through the sale of aircraft parts, responding to customer requests, preparing competitive quotations, and managing the full order cycle from inquiry to delivery and follow-up.

This position combines a strong commercial focus with a solid understanding of supply chain priorities, parts availability, lead times, margins, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities

Aircraft Parts Sales

  • Generate revenue through the sale of aircraft parts and related solutions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and RFQs with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations, considering pricing, margins, and delivery timelines.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including inquiry, quotation, order, delivery, and customer follow-up.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, lead times, and conditions.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Actively identify new business opportunities.

Procurement Support

  • Source and purchase parts based on customer and internal operational needs.

  • Interact with OEMs, distributors, suppliers, and repair centers.

  • Contribute to cost, lead time, and purchasing negotiations.

  • Support critical orders, including AOG situations and peak-season requirements.

  • Ensure alignment between parts availability, customer commitments, and operational priorities.

Operational Stores Support

  • Support the receiving, inspection, and shipping of parts when required.

  • Ensure documentation compliance, including Form 1, 8130, and traceability documents.

  • Participate in maintaining inventory accuracy.

  • Contribute to cycle counts and inventory controls.

  • Support daily store operations based on business priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with maintenance, planning, finance, and operations teams.

  • Ensure alignment between sales, procurement, and operational capacity.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.

  • Communicate priorities, timelines, and parts-related issues effectively across departments.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally involving technical, industrial, or aircraft parts.

  • Experience or exposure to procurement, purchasing, or supply chain activities.

  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

  • Good understanding of margins, cost structures, lead times, and commercial terms.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Mandatory fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Assets

  • Experience with aircraft parts, MRO, or helicopter operations.

  • Knowledge of Airbus, Bell, or Robinson platforms.

  • Familiarity with aviation documentation.

  • Experience handling urgent orders or AOG situations.

  • Knowledge of parts certification and traceability documentation.
