Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026

Location: Position based in Longueuil; internship from Monday to Friday, flexible hours, exclusively on-site.

The main role of the manufacturing engineer intern is to work as a project manager. Through the introduction of new equipment, continuous improvement, equipment modification or new tools integration, the intern will collaborate with different technical groups to meet objectives. Autonomy will be a key skill to coordinate projects. The intern will also have the opportunity to work with suppliers and integrators.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Analyze problems and develop solutions (20%).
• Coordinate project teams and execute projects on production lines (70%).
• Prepare and present business cases (10%).
• Responsibilities assigned are adapted to the candidate's experience and potential.

What do you need to be successful?

• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired, if applicable.
• Pursuing a degree in engineering.
• Project management skills.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
