Responsibilities
What are your contributions to the team?
Here's what your day-to-day might include:
- Helping plan, track, and execute projects for the Global 8000 aircraft.
- Building project schedules and supporting implementation plans.
- Monitoring progress to make sure everything stays on track.
- Assisting the Project Engineer with reporting and performance tracking.
- Preparing business cases and budgets to help guide decisions.
- Communicating with people across departments and outside the company.
- Keeping documents, project timelines, and databases up to date.
- Supporting key team goals and learning how to manage KPIs.
- Identifying risks and working on creative ways to handle them.
- Solving real-world problems using both logic and innovation.
- Joining product development meetings and learning how priorities are set.
- Practicing your written and verbal communication through reports and presentations.
Qualifications
How to thrive in this role? What We're Looking For
- You're working toward a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or something similar (Required).
- You're great with Microsoft Office, especially:
- Excel (advanced is a plus!)
- MS Project
- PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
- You have strong communication and time-management skills.
- You can clearly explain your ideas—written or spoken.
- You're a team player and build positive relationships easily.
- You're flexible and can handle changing priorities.
- You're creative and care about the quality of your work.
- You've done project management, budgeting, or scheduling before (a bonus).
- You've worked in aerospace or manufacturing (nice to have).
- You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out.
- You speak English fluently; French is a bonus.
- Stage minimum of 8 months and willingness to work from the Toronto or Montréal office two times per week.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.75 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier's sole discretion, such as the candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
