The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Production Supervisor - Pre-flight and Delivery on the night shift to join our Customer Line team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Customer Line Operations team responsible for engine tests, flight phases, and aircraft delivery. The team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Your role as a Production Supervisor - Pre-flight and Delivery - Night shift will be to lead a production team, mainly composed of mechanical, avionics, and assembly technicians, for the customer sector.

Your challenges

• Exercise your leadership while respecting the company's vision and values;

• Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;

• Manage your team's performance using key performance indicators (KPI);

• Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees;

• Ensure continuous improvement, particularly with the application of the problem-solving process;

• Coach your team (15-25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization;

• Identify, document, and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives;

• Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization.

Your profile

• You have management experience in a unionized environment, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace industry;

• You have excellent management skills;

• You demonstrate strong leadership, judgment, flexibility, and are able to work with minimal supervision;

• You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure, and have a sense of urgency;

• You have strong communication skills;

• You have a good understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles;

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• You are proficient in Google Suite software (Files, Sheets, Docs);

• You are fluent in French and English.
