Become an ACA Program

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose problems in aircraft structural systems and adjust and repair these systems in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals and other applicable procedures.
  • Repair and overhaul aircraft structural systems; manufacture, assemble and machine aluminum and composite parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and report on it.
  • Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to quality standards, Nolinor Aviation policies and procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure work is completed according to schedule.
  • Ensure the workplace is clean and safe at all times.
  • Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Adhere to and apply safety policies.
  • Collaborate on various innovative and challenging projects.
  • Perform all other related duties.

Required skills

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You hold a DEP in aerospace structural assembly and have your S licence.
  • You are able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications.
  • You have mathematical knowledge and an analytical mind, as well as the ability to demonstrate high precision and foresight.
  • You are familiar with a variety of pneumatic, hand and sheet metal tools.
  • You have excellent judgment and strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • French proficiency is an asset.
