Permis de pilote commercial (CPL-A)

La licence commerciale est la première licence qui vous permet de travailler en tant que pilote au Canada. Pour obtenir cette licence, les étudiants ont besoin d’un total d’au moins 200 heures de vol, comprenant les heures de vol acquises pour les licences et qualifications précédentes. Avec une licence commerciale en poche et quelques heures d’expérience, vous êtes prêt à passer à l’étape du « Airline Transport Pilots License (ATPL) », qui vous permettra de travailler en tant que pilote de ligne.

La plupart des pilotes faisant carrière dans l’aviation choisissent de combiner les qualifications de nuit, multimoteur et instruments à la formation commerciale, ainsi quand vous arrivez à 200 heures de vol, vous pouvez être prêt à commencer votre premier employ en tant que pilote. Ci-dessous, voyez comment se déroule la formation commerciale.

Vous pouvez prendre des cours théorique au sol le lundi et le mercredi soir à 19:00. Des nouvelles sessions commencent chaque 12 semaines tout au long de l’année. Il y a également la possibilité de suivre la formation au sol individuellement. Contactez-nous pour plus d’informations.

PRÉ-REQUIS

• 16 ans pour commencer la formation, 18 ans pour obtenir la licence de pilote professionnel
• Une licence de pilote privée valide.
• Obtenir l’examen médical de catégorie 1.

EXIGENCES DE TRANSPORTS CANADA

Un total de 200 heures de vol, avec un minimum de :

• 100 heures en tant que pilote aux commandes
• 35 heures avec instructeur, dont 5 heures de vol voyage (dont 2 obligatoirement de nuit)
• 20 heures de temps d’instruments (10 heures peuvent être faites en simulateur)
• 30 heures de formation en solo, (dont 5 doivent être de nuit)
• Un vol voyage de 300 milles nautiques, avec trois arrêts complets.
• 80 heures de cours théorique au sol
• Test en vol
• Examen écrit de Transports Canada

The commercial license is the first license that allows you to work as a pilot in Canada. To get the license, students need a total of at least 200 hours of flying experience, including the hours flown in acquiring previous licenses and ratings. With a commercial license in your pocket and a few more hours of experience, you are ready to move on to the Airline Transport Pilots License (ATPL), which will allow you to work as an airline pilot.

Most Career Track pilots choose to combine the Night, Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings with the Commercial training, so when you reach 200 hours you can be ready to start your first flying job. Below is what the commercial training would look like.

PRE-REQUISITES

• 16 Years of age to begin training, 18 years to obtain Commercial Pilot License
• A valid private license.
• Successfully complete Category 1 Medical Exam.

TRANSPORT CANADA REQUIREMENTS

• 200 Hours total flying time, with a minimum of:
• 100 hours pilot-in-command.
• 35 hours with instructor, including 5 hours cross country (2 of which must be at night)
• 20 hours instrument time acquired after private license (10 hours may be logged in a simulator)
• 30 hours solo training, (5 of which must be at night)
• 20 hours pilot-in-command cross country
• Cross Country Flight of 300 Nautical Miles, with 3 stops.
• 80 hours Ground School
• Flight Test
• Transport Canada Written Exam
